Stephanie specializes in waterfront, golf course, and new construction properties in the
Sarasota county area.

Originally from Georgia, Stephanie has lived in the Sarasota area for over 30 years.

Stephanie has over 25 years of real estate experience, including 20 years at the helm of
her own real estate firm. She owned a development and construction company,
specializing in the acquisition and development of residential subdivisions. Her
numerous credentials include Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Second Home Property
Specialist (RSPS), Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource (SFR), Residential
Construction Certified (RCC), Certified New Homes Specialist (CHNS), and Certified
Residential Specialist (CRS) designations.

When not focused on real estate, she enjoys walking and treasure hunting along the
Gulf beaches, as well as making the most of the active Venice lifestyle.
