If you are considering buying a rental property, it is important to understand Sarasota County’s rental rules and restrictions.
For property zoned Residential Single Family (RSF) or Residential Multifamily (RMF) all leases must be at least 30 days.
The only exceptions to the 30-day minimum lease period are on the Barrier Islands that include Siesta Key, Casey Key and Manasota Key.
